In some parts of the world (after all, Santa says Xmas is for everyone in the world!) there is a lack of the word "white" in their Xmas. In fact, they are perhaps enduring their summer seasons, with hot temperatures. For this reason, I am going to suggest a "Mexican Magog Muffin". This will combine the spice and sweet & sour of the Tamarind fruit, along with the buttery delicacy of the Mango.
